    IL-7 co-localizes with the recycling endosome marker, Rab11, in cytokine pulsed lymphocytes. Cytospin preparations of PBMC were immunostained for IL-7 and Rab11 after 1 hour of incubation with rIL-7 (100 ng/ml) as described in the methods.
